A message from the base

Many of the donations that we receive are sent to military bases where they are distributed to the families. Today I received an e-mail from a volunteer at 29 Palms in California, and I wanted to share it with all our donors. She writes:

Good Afternoon,

I wanted to let you know that I have received one box with the most beautiful baby items in it that I have ever seen.

I would very much like to express to you how grateful the Marines, Sailors, spouses, and family members are for how much support each item provides to us, but I really cannot find the words to explain exactly how much it means. So I would like to say thank you to each of you and ensure you know that it means the world to each of us.

Thank you so much,
Celeste

Thank you to all of our amazing crafters! Please keep those baby gifts coming!!!

What a wonderful note, good of you to post so we can all see first hand how much our little items mean to others. Thank you Wormie!

I think I've asked this before, but brain fuzzy after vacation I can't seem to remember...where all do the items go? I mean do you have a list of bases, do you mail to one who shares with others?
Sorry...Sandy's brain has forgotten

Thanks for coming up with this project and for keeping us informed.
Sandy
