Today I received a package from Laura in Arkansas. Laura sent hats for our special Army family - one for each of the kids and a hat for mom too!!! The hats are beautiful! I'm still unpacking and have yet to find my camera, but when I do, I'll come back and post a photo!!!
The family is doing well. Mom and the kids are in the states with Grandma and Grandpa getting all of the citizenship papers worked out. Once everything is settled, mom and the kids will return to the Army base in Germany, and when they do, we'll send a package for them.
If anyone else is making things for the kids or would like to, please send me an e-mail at delia.mck@gmail.com, and I'll make sure your donations are included in the package.
