Thanks to "The Chain Gang"!

Co-workers from the IAC Group in Kansas City have been long time donors of Marine Corps Kids! They work together as a group called "The Chain Gang" to crochet lovely gifts for the babies.

Today I received a package with gifts from Patsy, Donna and Judy. In it were four beautiful blankets, some adorable booties, and some great bibs and wash clothes for the babies.

Thank you so much to all the ladies of The Chain Gang for your continued generosity and your beautiful gifts!

Dolls from Nancy

Nancy from Jackson, Michigan sent in 8 beautiful dolls for the older children. I only unwrapped one to photograph, but you can see how pretty they all are in the picture.

These dolls will be sent to the older Marine Corps Kids during our holiday gift drive.

Thank you so much, Nancy, for thinking of Marine Corps Kids and for supporting our military families with this lovely donation. The dolls are absolutely beautiful, and I know that the girls will be delighted to receive them!

Thank you Judy!

Judy from Pennsylvania has been a long time donor to Marine Corps Kids. Today I received a box from Judy. In it were 13 bib and wash cloth sets, 14 hats and 3 scarves. The hats and scarves will be great for some of the older siblings, and every new mom can not have enough bibs and wash clothes!

Thank you so much, Judy, for your continued support!

More blankets from the Sassy Stitches

Thank you Sassy Stitchers!

The Sassy Stitchers group from Oregon sent 2 boxes of beautiful hand-crafted items for the babies! There are sweaters, hats, booties, quilts and blankets. They are all gorgeous!

Many thanks to the ladies who worked together to send in these wonderful donations. You can see photos in this and the next two posts.

Ongoing needs!

The babies keep coming, and we have ongoing needs for donations.

Just today I dropped off bundles for 40 babies at the post office. Then I found out I need 30 more bundles. I have hats, but can really use more blankets, sweaters, booties and toys.

If you have the time and means to make baby items for Marine Corps Kids, your donations will be so much appreciated.

Thank you!
